Cancellation Policy
Private Yoga Class Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing me for your private yoga sessions. To ensure fairness and the best possible experience for all clients, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all private yoga bookings: Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your private yoga session, you will be charged 50% of the total session cost as a cancellation fee. This fee applies regardless of the reason for cancellation. Refund Policy: Payments made for private yoga sessions are non-refundable. If you cancel your session, the remaining 50% of the session cost will not be refunded but may be applied toward rescheduling at the instructor's discretion. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a cancellation, and the 50% cancellation fee will apply. No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notification, you will be charged the full session cost, and no rescheduling will be permitted. By booking a private yoga session with Yoga Phamily, you agree to this policy.
